Title

Monthly Tax Report - Employer’s contributions and other self-assessed taxes

Purpose

This report provides you with a detailed overview of the deducted taxes and calculated social insurance contributions per employee on a monthly basis.

To do so, the report reads the relevant wage types stored in the following subapplication:

  • Monthly Tax Report - Employer’s contributions and other self-assessed taxes (FIEC)

The report then follows this procedure:

  • Reads the payroll results
  • Retrieves the tax and SI wage types
  • Reads the infotypes Organizational assignment (0001) and Personal data (0002).

This report provides the option of downloading data in text file.

Integration

Prerequisites

To create the statement follow this procedure:

  • Maintain the following infotypes:
  • Organizational assignment (0001)

  • Personal data (0002)

  • Tax card information (0205)

  • Social insurance information (0206)

  • Maintain the table Time-dependent information for personnel area/subarea (T7FI1P)
  • Assign all the necessary wage types to the relevant cumulation wage types in the Monthly Tax Report Employer’s contributions and other self-assessed taxes (FIEC) subapplication.
  • Customize the wage types correctly. For more information, see view cluster Statutory subapplications (VC_T596A).

Note: verify you ran the payroll program for the selected period.

Output

The report generates a report containing the tax and social insurance information per employee for the selected number of months.

Two files are available for further processing after report has been executed:

  • VSRTASKV (For employer contributions)
  • VSRMUUKV (For self-assessed taxes)

To download and view the files follow this procedure:

  1. Execute the report
  2. Select a file
  3. Click the "diskette" icon to download each file
  4. Save the file

Send the needed files to the tax administration.
