Purpose

This report (also known as transaction PC00_M44_IR_CERT) can be used for obtaining and renewing a certificate required for communication with the IR (Incomes Register).

Integration

Prerequisites

Before running this report, you have to maintain a PSE in the STRUST transaction.

Use

  • Sign a new certificate
  • To request a new certificate

  • Get a new certificate
  • To get a certificate for a Retrieval ID

  • Renew a certificate
  • To renew an existing certificate

Note:After performing the Sign a new certificateor the Renew a certificatestep, you have to perform the Get a new certificate step in order to finish the process.

Features

Selection

Environment

  • In the production environment, the value must be PRODUCTION mode. In a testing environment, it must be TEST mode.

Customer ID

  • The Customer ID is used as the official identifier in transactions with the IR. For example, the identifier can be the Business ID.

Customer name

  • The customer's name. This data is not used in the certificate as such, but will help if troubleshooting is required.

Transfer ID

  • The ID delivered to the customer for requesting a certificate.

Transfer Password

  • The one-time password delivered to the customer for requesting a certificate.

Certificate request (CSR)

  • The certificate request made by the customer. The CSR is a Base64-encoded character string in PKCS#10 format.

Retrieval ID

  • The Retrieval ID that the certificate service returns for a certificate request message or certificate renewal message.

New Certificate request (CSR)

  • The certificate request made by the customer. It is generated from a new key-pair. The CSR is a Base64-encoded character string in PKCS#10 format.

Display XML response

  • Determines if the XML file with a response should be shown.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is a Retrieval ID or a Certificate sent by the IR. If any errors occur, they are displayed also.

Example

For sending a new certificate request (to the Certificate service test bench), you need to use this input criteria (Sign a new certificate):

  • Environment: TEST
  • Customer Id: 0123456-7
  • Customer Name:Ab PKI Developer Company Oy
  • Transfer ID:12345678903
  • Transfer Password: Pw8a1d4u3HhOqhlo
  • Certificate Request:
