Purpose

The report allows you to directly modify the content of the XML generated only for the report part (the employee info).

Use

Caution! Use on your own responsibility! Expert level knowledge of IR requirements and the XML structure is required.

Note: SAP is not responsible for the content once you modify the generated values.

Note: If possible, you should never use this option.

You use this report to recover from critical errors that prevent you from performing valid reporting in the requested timeframe to avoid penalties.

For example, you are missing some mandatory information for the XML document due to a mistake in payroll and you cannot run the payroll calculation again.

The report allows you to directly modify the content of the XML generated only for the report part (the employee info).

Prerequisites

Features

Caution: After you adjust the XML content, you must adjust your system data (master data and customizing) to generate the exact same results.

• Otherwise, differences will be reported once this payroll period is considered for retroactive payroll calculation.

You can run this report directly from the Viewer for the collected data report and you should use this only for invalid results.

Caution: The report will perform only basic validation of XML structure. No checks against master data or payroll results are performed.

In case you break the XML structure, nothing will be stored, and you get an error message.

Otherwise, if any change is detected and you confirm it, you will see a flag that the Report was manually adjusted.
