Purpose

This report collects results prepared by the Step 1 and prepares envelopes that will be stored into the B2A manager and sent to IR.

Integration

Prerequisites

Run the KATRE Reporting Step 1 (HFIKATRE01) first.

Use

A separate envelope must be created for each tax reference number and payroll period defined by:

  • Start date
  • End date
  • Payment date

IR only allows up to 10,000 reports assigned to each envelope or a size limit that does not exceed 50 MB per created XML.

  • However, to increase processing speed, we use an internal size limit of about 20 MB per XML.
  • A new envelope is created once the limit is exceeded.
  • A different envelope is used for each Record Type(100 vs 105).

Note: If you need to cancel some of the envelopes (results), the Data Submitter will create envelopes only for cancellation.

You must resolve envelopes from the B2A manager (send them to IR and upload the feedback to B2A).

Then you must run the Data Submitter report again and process the rest of the results.

You can provide the Custom Run Descriptionon the selection screen.

  • The Description is text that can help you to find your data in the BA2 Manager.
  • It is also visible in the Viewer for final data.

Selection

Use same payroll period parameters as used in Step 1.

Download Full XML

  • Works only after some results are created by Step 1 but not yet processed by Step 2.
  • The report prepares a ZIP file that can be downloaded to your computer further evaluation.
  • The ZIP file contains envelopes, which contain the complete XML files.

Note: This option can be quite time consuming depending on number of reported PERNRs.

Note: Apart from the B2A Manager, this is also only place when you can see complete XML file. Inside Viewer reports you can only see individual Records or Reports for better lucidity.
