HFIKATRECO - KATRE: Reconciliation

Purpose
This report (HFIKATRECO) allows a reconciliation of results generated for KATRE reporting.
It can be run in two processing modes to compare amount from various sources.
The ALV output indicates unequal amounts.
Prerequisites
The KATRE reporting process must be performed (the stage depends on a processing mode).
Use
This report can be run in the following processing modes:
Mode 1: Reconcile payroll results - deltas
This mode compares results from the Wage Type Reporter(run in background) withKATRE Reports. It can be used after every payroll period to check the in-period consistency.
A set of wage types (for example, mapped to a single income type) can be specified to check the KATRE customizing consistency.
The amounts displayed in the ALV output are delta amounts(amounts payed in the selected payroll in-period). You can click on cells containing an amount to see a detailed view of wage typesthat were summed to an income type.
Mode 2: Reconcile IR's Portal
This mode compares results from the uploaded CSV file (618 Income type specific summary of payer's earnings payment reports (one-off subscription)) with KATRE Reports. It can be used after some Reports were already accepted by the Incomes register.
The amounts displayed in the ALV output are real reported amountssummarized by payment dates.
Output
A standard ALV output allows you to filter, sort and reorganize the columns according to your needs.
Cells with unequal amounts are colored as red.
Special columns
The column "Contains OLD period" indicates, that results contain retro periods before an actual KATRE go-live (1.1.2019). Therefore, those results may not be equal, and you should consider that in your investigation.
The column "Unmapped WTs" contains amounts that were collected from wage types that are not mapped in the KATRE mapping (VC_T7FIIR).
The column "WTR/KATRE_Manual corrections" contains amounts that were collected from manual corrective wage types with a special flag (Manual corrections mode) in the KATRE customizing. It is summed for all income types.
The column "KATRE_Recovery" contains an amount which was generated as a Recovery amount in KATRE data. It is summed for all income types. In the detail (after clicking on the amount), you can see from which income types in which periods corresponding Unjust enrichments were generated.
