Title
Annual accident insurance statement
Purpose
This report provides you with a detailed overview containing the following information, as prescribed by the insurance company:
- Total number of worked hours during the tax year,
- Accident insurance gross amount on employee level for selected accident insurance contract(s) during the tax year (based on the taxable gross amount, with the exception of company-dependent wage types),
- Sum of all the benefits paid during the tax year.
Integration
Prerequisites
To create the statement successfully:
- Make sure you have been through the corresponding customizing steps (for more information, see Accident Insurance in the IMG).
- Make sure that subapplication FIAI in view cluster VC_T596A is completely customized (check especially the wage type for worked hours)
- Maintain the following infotypes:
- Organizational assignment (0001),
- Personal data (0002),
- Basic pay (0008),
- Social insurance information (0206).
- Make sure you have run the payroll program for the relevant tax year.
- Maintain Identification of Employee type-White Collar or Blue Collar Emp (44ETP) feature to determine whether an employee is a white collar employee if you want to have the information available on the list in addition to risk group from infotype 0206.
Features
Selection
Use contract number to restrict each report to contain employees belonging to one contract. However, you may select also a range of contract numbers.
Additionally you can make various selections according to organizational needs.
Standard Variants
No standard variant delivered.
Output
The report generates a list containing the accident insurance gross and benefits amount per employee or group of employees for the selected tax year. It also contains specific administrative data retrieved from customizing and the relevant field such in infotype Social insurance information (0206), respectively:

Employees are reported in separate columns according to age (17-65 years / under 17 and over 65 years).
In addition, the Advanced List Viewer (ALV) provides you with a set of tools that give you insight into the reported data and allow you to set different views and options for filtering and selecting data, display subtotals and totals, export data to MS Excel and MS Word, send data as an attachment, or display data graphically.
