Title

Holiday Pay Accrual

Purpose

This report displays the outstanding holiday pay still owed to employees. It includes vacation pay, bonus days, and leave bank amounts. The table control functionality allows summarizations according to organizational levels chosen.

Integration

Prerequisites

This program assumes that the configuration views/tables for vacation handling (V_T7FIV*) have been maintained and that at least one time evaluation period and payroll have been run for all employees to be evaluated. Please also refer to the documentation accompanying the IMG activities for vacation handling.

Features

Selection

Selection of quota types relevant to holiday pay accrual is determined by those entries in V_T7FIV1, whereby the year value must be '9999'. Other years may also be entered in order to indicate that some default wage type should override the frozen average value.

Standard Variants

Output

Please note that this report is designed to reflect the current holiday pay accrual for the employees selected. As such it will ignore those employees who have future payroll results. Consequently, this program should be run once monthly subsequent to the completion of the monthly payroll run.
