Title

Overtime and working time report, HFILOTR0 (Finland)

Purpose

This report, which is mainly used for internal purposes, provides you with a detailed overview of the overtime hours, and / or working hours per period for the selected employee(s).

The overtime and/or working hours are checked against limits set in the payroll constants table (T511K):

  • Overtime limit per week (OVTWK)
  • Overtime limit per quarter (OVT4M)
  • Overtime limit per year (OVTYR)
  • Yearly working time limit (OVTYL)

Integration

Prerequisites

Run the time evaluation for the entire evaluation period before running this report.

Features

Selection

You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs.

Note: if you do not enter a personnel number from a selection of personnel numbers, the system retrieves all the personnel numbers (not recommended for larger companies).

In addition, you can define the following selection parameters:

Periodicity

Allows you to specify the periodicity of the evaluation period in either weeks or months. If the evaluation period is one year and the periodicity is one month, the whole period is split into 12 periods that are evaluated separately.

Program parameters

Allows you to specify whether you only want to evaluate each single period individually or from the beginning of the year to the selected end date against the yearly limit.

Personal overtime limits from IT 2007

Allows a customer to specify personal overtime limits via IT 2007 (Attendance quotas).

Overtime limits can be defined as:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual bases

The handling of the quotas is similar to the constant values in T551K.

The quotas are linked to the periodicity:

  • Periodicity = week
  • Weekly and annual quotas are valuated.

  • Periodicity = month
  • Quarterly and annual quotas are valuated

Form

By default, the form Overtime report (FIOT) is displayed. This form allows you to link time types to the relevant cumulation wage types.

Output

The report generates a list containing the overtime hours, and/or working hours per employee for the selected period. It also specifies whether the overtime limit or working hours were exceeded or not.

In addition, the Advanced List Viewer (ALV) provides you with a set of tools. These tools give you insight into the reported data and allow you to set different views and options including the following:

  • Filtering and selecting data
  • Displaying subtotals and totals
  • Exporting data to MS Excel and MS Word
  • Sending data as an attachment
  • Displaying data graphically
