Data Collector for Finnish Annual Tax Statement
Purpose
You should note that this report is the first of two reports in producing an Annual Tax Statement (ATS) for one Tax reference number at a time.

Output
After you run the report, if records with invalid amounts (results that contain negative numbers) appear, a table is created for each record.
Note: The invalid results that contain negative numbers are for your reference only. They are not created into the "TemSe" file
To see the invalid amounts, do the following:
- Go to the Log
- Under Information only: details for rejected employees due to invalid amounts, double-click the Table Data Available icon. The Skipped employees' data appears

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose: Payroll → Subsequent Activities → Annual → Tax reporting →(transaction) PC00_M44_ATS_DC - Data Collector for Annual Tax Statement
To access the second report in the process on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose: Payroll → Subsequent Activities → Annual → Tax reporting → (transaction) PC00_M44_ATS_PRES - Data Presentation for Annual Tax Statement
