Title

Download Tax Card (Finland)

Purpose

This report allows you to retrieve tax card information from the relevant infotype (0205) for the selected employee(s) and save it in txt format.

You can also use the report to request individual tax numbers for selected employees. For more information, see Request Individual Tax Number.

Integration

Prerequisites

To create the list successfully, make sure infotype Tax card information (0205) contains valid information for the selected employee(s).

Selection

You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs.

Note: if you do not enter a personnel number for a selection of personnel numbers the system retrieves all the personnel numbers (not recommended for larger companies).

Standard Variants

Output

• The report generates a list containing the information stored in infotype Tax card information (0205) and the corresponding txt file.

• You check the list and save the file.

• The file is sent to the tax administration.

Request for Individual Tax Number

Use

You can use this option to request individual Tax Numbers (TN) for employees.

Output

• The report generates a list containing the Tax Number information stored in infotype Tax card information (0205) and the corresponding txt file.

• You check the list and save the file.

• The file is sent to the tax administration.
