HFIWTEQ2 - Work time equalization days follow-up report

NOTE

Purpose

This report calculates and displays the total number of working days of an employee(s) based on you selection criteria.

Integration

Prerequisites

You must maintain payroll results for the selected period (or all periods).

Features

Selection

Specify the following selection criterias:

• Payroll Period- Specify the payroll period for which you want to execute the report

• Selection-

• Switch on Archive Access- Press this button if you want the system to switch on archive access to read employee data.

• Wagetype

• Standard Wagetypes- Select this radio button if you want the report to use standard wagetypes while calculating the total number of working hours and the compensation for the same for an employee(s).

• Special Wagetypes- Select this radio button if you want the report to use customer specific wagetypes while calculating the total number of working hours and the compensation for the same for an employee(s).

• Employee sub-group- Select the employee sub-group for which you want the report to process data.

Activities

1. From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Finland -> Subsequent activities -> Period-independent -> Reporting -> Work Time Equalization -> Work time equalization follow-up report

The Work time equalization follow-up reportscreen appears.

1. Enter the relevant selection criterias
2. Choose Program --> Execute.

System displays the relelvant work time details on the Work time equalization follow-up report output screen.
