HGRCRET0 - Retroactive differences

Purpose

You run this report to obtain an overview of the retroactive differences for each employee for the selected period.

You run this report separately for each company code.

Integration

Prerequisites

There are retroactive calculations for the employees for whom you want to run the report.

Features

Selection

Make the standard selections for personnel number, company code, calendar year, and the following specific items:

• Calendar Month: The system sets the current month as the default entry. You can choose any month in the past.

• Wage Type: Select the range of wage types for which you want to display the retroactive differences. The report allows a maximum of 120 wage types.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is an ALV report that displays a list with the retroactive differences. For each personnel number, the retroactive differences for each period are displayed in three rows, as follows:

• The first row displays the amounts of the selected wage types for the current retroactive run of a period.

• The second row displays the amounts of the selected wage types for the previous run of a period.

• The third row displays the difference amounts between the wage types in the periods above.
