HGRLLIA1 - Labor inspection authorities report

Purpose

The submission of this report to the Greek Labor Inspection Authorities is a legal obligation. The report has a formal layout and is submitted in the following cases:

  • Regular submission: The report is run periodically for all active employees to provide information about the current employment status.
  • Initial submission: The report is run for all active employees when a company opens to provide the initial reporting information for the company.
  • Irregular submission: In case of hirings/rehirings or leavings/retirements of employees or when employees change their time schedule or their specialty for Labor Authority: The report is run for a specific period and only for the employees with changes since the last submission.

You run this report for each company code.

Selection

Make the standard selections for personnel number, company code, and the following specific items:

  • Specialty for Labor Authority: Select the job specialties that the employees perform in the company.
  • Submission Date: The system sets the current date as the default entry. You can choose any other date in the past.
  • Type of Previous Employment: This field indicates from which date type the previous employment years will be counted. The field is selected per default, according to the records in the Date Specifications (0041) infotype.
  • Hide Wages: Select this checkbox if you do not want the employees’ gross wages to appear in the Wages column of the output (for example, if you want to publish this report in your company). However, the reporting of the gross wages to the Labor Inspection Authorities is mandatory. In these cases, the checkbox is not selected.
  • Sort/Display per Personnel Subarea: If you select this checkbox, the employees will be sorted by personnel subareas in the output. Each personnel subarea will be displayed in a different report page with its own headers and footers.
  • Special Submissions Criteria
  • Submit Hiring/Rehirings: If you select this checkbox, only the employees with these events in the Actions (0000) infotype during the dates indicated in the Period for Checks field, will be included in the report.

  • Submit Leaving/Retirements: If you select this checkbox, only the employees with these events in the Actions(0000) infotype during the dates indicated in the Period for Checks field, will be included in the report.

  • Submit Specialty Changes: If you select this checkbox, only the employees with changes in the Specialty Labor Authority field in the Payroll Data Greece (3219) infotype during the dates indicated in the Period for Checks field, will be included in the report.

  • Submit Time Schedule Changes: If you select this checkbox, only the employees with changes in their time schedule in the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype during the dates indicated in the Period for Checks field, will be included in the report.

  • Period for Checks: Select the time period for which the special submission criteria are valid.

  • Header Title (row 1): If you fill this field with information, this information is displayed on the first row on the top of each page in the output. This field is not mandatory.
  • Header Title (row 2): ): If you fill this field with information, this information is displayed on the second row on the top of each page in the output. This field is not mandatory.
  • Common Comment: If you fill this field with a comment, this comment is displayed in the Remark column of the output. This field is not mandatory.
