HGRLOED0 - IKA Contributions to OAED

Purpose
You run this report to obtain the data about the part of the IKA contributions that are payable to the Greek Manpower Organization (OAED). The submission of this report to the OAED is a legal obligation.
You run this report separately for each company code.
Integration
Prerequisites
The employees for whom the report is run, have at least one payroll payment with IKA contributions in the selected period.
Features
Selection
Make the standard selections for personnel number, company code, calendar year, and the following specific items:
- Selection of Periods: The system sets a default period of the current month and year for the period, but you can select any other period in the past.
- Payroll Type: Select the types of payroll for which the total amount of the employees’ and employer’s IKA contributions will be reported.
Standard Variants
Output
The output is an ALV report that displays the information for the selected period as follows:
- The results are displayed separately for each personnel number. The last two rows show the total amounts per payroll period and the total amounts for all the selected payroll periods. To display only the total amount (without employee numbers), choose the hide subtotals icon on the left side of the row.
- Insured Amount: Basis amount on which the IKA and OAED contributions are calculated.
- Contribution 0,45: Percentage (0,45%) of the IKA contributions of the employee and the employer that are payable to the OAED.
