HGRLTAP0 - TAPEM Contributions

Purpose

You run this report to obtain data about the employee’s and employer’s contributions to the Providence Fund for Personnel in the Metal Industry (TAPEM). You use the report to summarize one month’s contributions, but you can select more than one month to obtain an overview.

The report is run for each company code and the personnel numbers are sorted by the type of insurance.

Integration

Prerequisites

The employees for whom the report is run have at least one payroll payment with TSPEAU contributions in the selected period.

Features

Selection

Make the standard selections for personnel number and company code, and the following specific items:

• Selection of Periods: The system sets the current year and month for the period as the default entry. You can choose any other period in the past.

• Payroll Type: Select the type of payroll for which the employee’s and employer’s contributions will be reported.

• Type of Insurance: Specify when the employee was insured (before or after 01-01-1993).

Standard Variants

Output

The output is an ALV report that displays data about the employee's and employer's contributions for the selected period. The report has two layouts with different headers, depending on the type of insurance of the selected personnel numbers.
