HGRLTAX0 - Annual Earnings Analysis for Tax Authorities Report

Purpose

The Annual earnings analysis for tax authorities report (in Greek “Οριστική Δήλωση Εφορίας”) is a statutory report. Companies must submit on a yearly basis the employee's earnings to the tax authorities. This report generates a form displaying all the totals and subtotals of earnings to be declared.

Selection

You must enter a specific calendar year and one company code.

The report selects all employees who had at least one payroll run during the selected year.

The report summarizes and displays all employees’ earnings and taxes.

You have the option to exclude the amounts that are not taxed by scale (such as Dismissal compensation) using the relevant checkbox.

Standard Variants

Output

The supported outputs are the following:

• ALV form: you can sort and summarize the results by the employee name.

• Statutory form: this report generates the form as stated by law.

• Both display data about the employee's taxes for the selected period.
