HGRUPIN0 - Private insurance – Breakdown list

Purpose

You run this report to obtain an overview report of the employees' private insurance contributions for the selected period.

You run this report separately for each company code.

Integration

Prerequisites

The employees for whom the report is run must have at least one payroll payment with private insurance contributions in the selected period.

Features

Selection

Make the following selection, as well as the standard selections for personnel number and company code:

• Selection of Periods: The system sets a default period of the current month and year. However, you can select any other period in the past.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is an ALV report that displays a breakdown list with the private insurance contributions of each employee for the selected periods.

The information in the Subtype and Insurance Tariff columns is obtained from information stored in the Insurance Typeand Insurance Tariff fields in the Insurance (0037) infotype.
