Purpose

You run this report on a monthly basis to generate a file with data about the employee’s and employer’s contributions to the Engineers & Public Constructors Pension Fund (TSMEDE).

The file is submitted by the end of the next month. For the Easter bonus (usually paid in April), the Christmas bonus (December) and the Leave bonus (usually July), you must submit two separate files for these months.

The report is run for each company code and for all active employees that have an entry for the TSMEDE insurance fund in the Social Insurance Greece (3220) infotype. This report is run regardless of whether or not the employees have had a payroll payment with TSMEDE contributions during the selected period.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The name of the file and the TSMEDE notification number are created according to the following TSMEDE payroll codes:

  • 01 – January (regular run)
  • 02 – February (regular run)
  • 03 – March (regular run)
  • 04 – April (regular run)
  • 05 – Easter Bonus (off-cycle)
  • 06 – May (regular run)
  • 07 – June (regular run)
  • 08 – July (regular run)
  • 09 – Leave Bonus (off-cycle)
  • 10 – August (regular run)
  • 11 – September (regular run)
  • 12 – October (regular run)
  • 13 – November (regular run)
  • 14 – December (regular run)
  • 15 – Christmas Bonus (off-cycle)

Selection

Make the standard selections for personnel number, company code, calendar year, and the following specific items:

  • Calendar Month: The system sets the current month as the default entry. You can choose any month in the past.
  • Payroll Type: Select the type of payroll for which the employee’s and employer’s contributions will be reported.
  • Type of Insurance: Specify when the employee was insured (before or after 01-01-1993).
  • Submission Date: The system sets the Submission date to the current date. You can choose another date.
  • Header Payroll Type: Select whether the payroll type is a normal payroll or a bonus. This payroll type forms part of the filename and is displayed in the header section of the output.
  • Notification No.: Each month, the TSMEDE fund sends a notification letter to each company with TSMEDE employees. Each notification letter has a number in the format 99999-xx, where 99999 is the 5-digit notification number and xx is the TSMEDE payroll code. Enter the 5-digit number in the Insured before '93 field or in the Insured after '93 field.
  • Filename: Enter the directory path and the name of the file.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is an ALV report that displays overview information and a text file that displays the header and detail records for employees insured before 1993 and the header and detail records for employees insured after 1993. All the records have the same structure.

The name of the file is TSMEDExxyy.TXT and the characters have the following meaning:

  • xx: payroll type code (according to the TSMEDE payroll codes listed above)
  • yy: current payroll year
