HHKCWTR0 - Wage Type Record

Purpose

You use this report to display those wage types related to the statutory minimum wage (SMW) for each selected employee. To get the information, the report evaluates the wage types from the employee's payroll results.

Integration

You have run the payroll calculation for May, 2011. Therefore, the system has generated the SMW wage types for the employees.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

By default, the report outputs the value of the SMW wage types. To display the values of additional wage types, you need to specify them in the selection.

You can determine the type of wage types that the report returns (for example, wage types with amount or wage types with number) in the Other Selection section.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays the results in an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. The list includes employees' basic information (such as name and job title) and the values of the SMW wage types: SMW Wage Payable (/107), (SMW) Diff. to Min. Wages (/HMD), and (SMW) Act. Working Hours (/HMH). If you have selected any additional wage types, they are also displayed in the result.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Hong Kong -> Information System -> Wage Type -> Wage Type Record.
