HHRCGOD0 - GOD form

Title

GOD-DOP form (GOD-DOP obrazac)

Purpose

The program produces the GOD-DOP form - report of amounts of calculated and paid contribution of pension insurance on the basis of generation solidarity - report for the whole previous year. This form substitutes the old GOD form. The now obsolete GOD form can be henceforth produced via a program HHRCGOD0_09.

Report is executed with BEGDA = 1.1.xxxx - ENDDA = 31.12.xxxx in M logic (PY run is selected according to its period - "FOR period") - all regular payrolls that fall into selected period + all off-cycle payrolls whose payday falls into selected period are selected.

Note:If there is any off-cycle dedicated to the past (max. 5 years back) - e.g. annual bonus, it is reported according to its dedication year (not pay date), i.e. it is reported in the GOD-DOP form of that year, to which it is dedicated, not in the GOD-DOP form of the year, when it is paid.

The column 6 (Oznaka razdoblja) for these dedicated payments contains the year of the dedication.

Integration

Prerequisites

Maintain "Pay date - annotation/Dat.upl.-Napomene" - tr. PC00_M58_7HRA0

The values that should be displayed in the column 8 (Iznos uplacenog doprinosa) (= column 7 (Napomene) in the obsoltete GOD form) must be manually entered into the table T7HRA0 using transaction PC00_M58_7HRA0. The report selects the line in T7HRA0 according to company code of the employee and the contribution pay date which is shown in column 7 (and PAYTY+PAYID to distinguish records for more off-cycle payrolls in the same day).

Maintain "Pay date/Datum uplate" - tr. PC00_M58_T7HR1R

Before the GOD-DOP form is output, all relevant records (relevant to payroll results) of the table T7HR1R (R-Sm ID) have to be maintained! Item "contribution pay date/Datum uplate doprinosa" is placed into the column 7 of the GOD-DOP form.

Address type option

Subtype of infotype 6 (i.e. address type) to be used in the report has to be registered in the table T7HRRE with value 'ADDRESS_TYPE_GOD' in the field OBJNAME and company code in ROWTYPE. You can specify more records for each company code - then the field SEQNO serves as a priority - 01 is the highest priority.

If not customized, address type 1 (i.e. permanent address) is used.
