Title
Statistical report RAD-1 - Yearly (Godisnji izvjestaj RAD-1)
Purpose
Program HHRCRADG produces the statistical report RAD-1G - yearly statistical report for FINA (The Croatian Financial Agency). (This program is a replacement of the "old" set of programs "HHR+R1G+".)
Report processes all PY results for the 3rd month of the current year (specified in the selection screen) and for the previous year (so called M-logic is used) and outputs separate forms for every statistical unit (term designed for statistical reports) in the company (optionally selected on selection screen). Statistical unit is overtaken from the infotype 564 - field VARGU - for each employee.

Prerequisites
Customizing for this report:
Type of absences:
Classification of absences is stored in the customizing table T7HR04 (Classification of absences for legal purposes). This report assumes the following setting for absence types:
STRIK = 'X' for strike
Statistical unit:
The "Statistical unit" represents the unit to be reported for statistical purposes.
It is specified by the settings in the customizing table T536A and assigned to each employee via the infotype 564.
Setting in the T536A:
The statistical unit is specified by the field VARGU (= the code of the statistical unit) and the field ANART = 'HR' (dedication of the table area for this purpose). The relevant statistical terms belonging to the same statistical unit are differentiated by the field SEQNU:

There is a field VARGU (Statistical unit) to be specified in the infotype 564. This field is a reference into the table T536A with the key T536A-VARGU = P0564-VARGU and T536A-ANART = 'HR'.
The default value for the Statistical unit (P0564-VARGU) is to be stored in the field VARGU of the table T7HR01P - so it depends on Employee group / subgroup (PERSG/PERSK).
Required educational level- relevant for the table 5:
The required educational level is taken from PD qualification profile assigned to either POSITION (1st choice) or to JOB (2nd choice) of the particular employee or - when PD profile is not used - is taken from the infotype 24.
In principle there are following possibilities to specify required educational levels needed for the table 5 (Gross income according required education level):
1. Educational levels according to table 5 are specified as individual qualifications in the qualification catalog as subnodes of one qualification group.
2. Educational levels according to table 5 are specified as proficiencies of one qualification scale assigned to one qualification/qualification group via a qualification catalog specification - currently only option.
Ad 1 - Required educational levels via qualifications:
1) create qualification scale (IMG - Personal management - Personal development - Master data - Edit scales) with proficiency

Actually proficiency can have 2 values: Yes or No (No realized by no value). Proficiency 'Yes' means valid qualification which is assigned to.
2) create new qualification group in the qualification catalog and assign the scale to it. (IMG - Personal management - Personal development - Master data - Edit qualification catalog).
3) Under the created qualification group create new qualifications corresponding to required educational levels:

2) create new qualificationin the catalog and assign the scale to it. (IMG - Personal management - Personal development - Master data - Edit qualification catalog).
Finaly assign the required qualification + required proficiency:
- (with PD) to either jobs or positions (Menu - HR - Personal management - Personal development - Profile - Change)
- (without PD) - using IT0024
Educational Levels:
If there are more qualifications assigned to job or position or via IT 24, the program takes qualification according the "registration" by the table T7HRRE:
- OBJNAME = "QUALIF"
- ROWTYPE = "SAP_QUALIF_ID"
- LGART = SAP object name number without the letter Q or QK (e.g. "50002439"); specify qualification number when 2nd option used (RAD-1 educational levels via proficiencies) or qualification group number when the 1st option used (RAD-1 educational levels via qualifications).
If there is no T7HRRE registration, only 1 profile record (or the last one in the profile) is assumed related to the current option (RAD-1 educational levels via proficiencies). Infotype 24 profile is taken into account only when no PD profile relevant for RAD-1 specified.
Possibility of mapping of qualifications or proficiency scale (table 5)
Correspondingly to often business practices (predefined qualification or proficiency scale of "strucna sprema" differs from the RAD-1 scale in the tab. 5) there is a possibility of mapping of customer's own qualification or proficiency scale of "strucna sprema" to the qualification or proficiency scale relevant for RAD-1, tab. 5.
Prerequisites:
To exploit this possibility the relevant mapping records must be entered into the customizing table T7HRRE:
Key of these records:
- OBJNAME = "QUALIF"
- ROWTYPE = "SAP_QUALIF_MAP"
Mapping fields:
- 1 - Required educational levels via qualifications:
- SEQNO = value of relevant target qualification (RAD-1 specific) - no restriction for specification of the number
- LGART = SAP object name number of the relevant original qualification without the letter Q (e.g. "50002439")
- 2 - Educational levels via proficiencies:
- SEQNO = value of relevant original proficiency (3 digits including beginning zeros, e.g. '001'
- LGART = value (and name) of relevant target proficiency (RAD-1 specific); here 1st 4 positions have contain 4 digits (including beginning zeros, i.g. '0001'), from the 6th position the name (abbrev) can be specified (e.g. 'NKV') - this string is used just in the test report (par. Test run)
Achieved educational level - relevant for the table 7:
The achieved educational level assigned to an employee via infotype 22 is to be connected to this statistical RAD-1 table by setting in the table T7HRRE: here the educational certificate (P0022-SLABS) is to be assigned to RAD-1 educational level:
- OBJNAME = 'QUALIF'
- ROWTYPE = 'SLABS'
- SEQNO = value of P0022-SLABS
- LGART = 0001 (means NKV) - 0010 (means DR)
Classification of Contract Type - relevant for the table 2:
infotype 1 -> Employee group / subgroup (PERSG/PERSK) -> table T7HR03 -> field CTYPE
Possible values of T7HR03-CTYPE:

For table 3: For employees under unpleasant working condition infotype 35 is to be maintained - customer specific instruction type is to be specified in the new program parameter Subtype IT35 for part-time/ Podtip IT35 za skraceno rad.v. (P_UWC).

Test run/Testno izvoðenje
If selected, a list of persons being processed (together with relevant payroll amounts) is output before the RAD-1 form itself. (Useful when base amounts used to calculate RAD-1 amounts are to see.)

Output
The output is produced in the SAP classical form.
Notes to Header:
Items "Grad/opcina" and "Mjesto" represent the same municipality specified in the relevant record of the table T536A (SEQNU = 5).
Numbers of processed statistical units (expressed by Registarski (or redni) broj) are displayed as a list in one row separated with comas - b) part of the header.
Notes to individual statistical tables:
RAD-1 tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 are filled by data relevant to statistical unit valid at current March (March of the selected year).
RAD-1 tables 5 and 8 are filled by data relevant to statistical units valid at previous year.
According to legal opinion of Drzavni Zavod za statistiku the following rule is used: If an employee is reported on RAD1, then he has to be reported on 1 form only. This means: if an employee changes statistical unit during reported period, relevant data are not distributed into all relevant reports (statistical units) but reported at last valid statistical unit report.
