Title

General recapitulation (Rekapitulacija place)

Purpose

Program HHRCREC1 produces an internal report (on demand) - payroll run review (wage types statement). It replaces the old one based on the old schema HR00 (HHRRRW02).

Selection

There are select options relevant for the logical database PNP.

Field catalogue

There is possibility (via the button Field catalogue) to select key field(s) for which the evaluation should be made and sorted (e.g. Company Code, Personal Area.).

Standard Variants

Output

The output (made in the SAP classical form) is split horizontally into 3 areas - Total, Domestic and Abroad to display separately amounts belonging to domestic or detached work.

Wage types are output in following groups (round regarding relevant assignment to evaluation class 01):

Brutto (EVCLS 01 = 0*, 1*, 3*)

Payments in kind (EVCLS 01 = 2*)

Insurance bases (EE)

Insurance (EE)

Tax bases

Tax results (EVCLS = C4 - C6)

Statutory netto

Net payments (EVCLS 01 = 0*, 4*)

Net deduction (EVCLS 01 = W1)

Rest of the pay

Note: The block Brutto is enhanced by amounts of doprinosi of detached work: as the income from detached work is granted in net value and then grossed-up without relevance to doprinosi (doprinosi are calculated on its way without connection to the detached income), detached amounts output in the block Brutto don't include doprinosi of the detached work. To ensure mathematical consistence of the whole recapitulation (i.e. to get same net amount after deduction doprinosi and tax/surtax from gross amount presented in the recapitulation), the doprinosi amount of detached work is added to the block Brutto as well.
