Title

ER-1 - Salary received in the past n months (ER-1 - primanja isplacena u prethodnih n mjeseci)

Purpose

ER-1 form is produced for HZZO (Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje).

The form is carried out for each employee individually. Wage data are printed for the selected number of months. Payrolls for months preceding the specified month or the current payroll period are taken into account.

Note: From 1st January 2008 additionally a bit different output form is generated for Zavod (Zavod za.tite zdravlja na radu) - see parameter 'ER-1 obrazac Zavod'. The filling of the new column 8 ("Sati bolovanja na teret Zavoda") is valid for payroll results only from 1/2008.

Integration

Prerequisites

For this report, proper wage types assignment to wage type groups (i.e. evaluation class 01) is assumed - program uses it as an information on working hours.

Note: Because of downgrade compatibility it is possible to select the obsolete option, i.e. use T7HRRE for wage types assignment by the radiobutton "Use T7HRRE assignment (old)". Standard option is via radiobutton "Use EVCLS 01 assignment".

Selection

There are select options relevant for the logical database PNP.

Other selection

• Number of months

Enter the number of previous months to be used in calculation

• Number of hours

Mandatory entry of yearly fond of work hours (to be used to vacation allowance recalculation)

• Duty number

Appears in the top left part of the form (Broj obveze)

• Without off-cycle

Check to exclude off-cycles from calculation

• Location

Place/location appears at the bottom of the form, beside the date

• Document date in document

The system offers the today's date

• Second page printed

Check if you want the second page printed too

• Gross base

Check if you want to create batch input session for illness average gross amount

• Net base

Check if you want to create batch input session for illness average net amount

• Bases at date

Enter date (Date of origin) for infotype 15 illness average insertion via batch input

• Run BI immediately

Check if you want to initiate an automatic processing of the resulted BI session, which inserts relevant data into the infotypes 15

• ER-1 form HZZO

Select if You want to get ER-1 form (9 columns) valid for HZZO - form HHR_FORM_ER1_H offered, able to be changed

• ER-1 form Zavod

Select if you want to get ER-1 form (10 columns) valid for Zavod za.tite zdravlja na radu - form HHR_FORM_ER1 offered, able to be changed

• ER-1 obrazac HZZOZZR

Select if you want to get ER-1 form (10 columns) valid for HZZOZZR (sick leaves at the expense of HZZOZZR (injury at work)) - form HHR_FORM_ER1_ZR offered, able to be changed

Wage types assignment

• Use EVCLS 01 assignment

Default option - evaluation class 01 is supposed as an information on working hours

• Use T7HRRE assignment (old)

Select if you need to use the obsolete assignment via the table T7HRRE

• Exclude wagetypes (WT_EXCL)

Possibility to specify wagetypes to be excluded from ER-1 processing.

Notes:

If EVCLS 01 assignment is selected, just specification via field WT_EXCL in the sel. screen is assumed to exclude some WTs.

If old T7HRRE assignment is selected, both specifications of excluded WTs are possible, whereas specification via field WT_EXCL in the sel. screen is stronger.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is produced in the SAPScript form. Besides creation of BI session is possible and even immediate running of the BI session.
