Title

Transfer HR REGUH-REGUP entries to local system

Purpose

The program ensures transfer of posting runs data (contained in tables REGUH/REGUP/REGUV) into local FI system from separate (remote) HR system.

Integration

Prerequisites

Some prerequisites are to be fulfilled before this program is run:

1. FI tables REGUH/REGUP/REGUV filled by relevant data - ensured by program HHRCBT10.

2. Relevant RFC destination (remote system definition) for the remote HR system defined.

Selection

• RFC destination

You have to refer to system from which you want to transfer the HR payments (= the HR system + client). This parameter MUST be entered before you go the other ones.

• Run date

Enter posting run date. You can press F4 to pickup the date/time ID. This displays data of the remote (HR) system (remote REGUH).

• Run time

Enter posting run time. You can press F4 to pickup the date/time ID. This displays data of the remote (HR) system (remote REGUH).

Standard Variants

Output

The final report provides information about processed data or problems occurred.

Activities

Enter RFC destination of the remote HR system and date/time specification of relevant posting run and press F8 (Execute).
