Title

Annual report for displaying payroll results.

Description

This report is typically run at the end of the year and displays the payroll results for the whole year.

On the selection screen the reporting period has to be entered. Also the personnel no. and the payroll area can be specified.

In addition to the standard selections you can choose whether to print the totals or not. You can also select the range of wage types to be reported.

Another facility is the option whether you want the offcycle results to be included in the report or not.

Some additional data can be selected and this data will be displayed along with the report. Up to four additional fields can be added to the report.

Output

The results are displayed on the screen using the standard module HR_DISPLAY_BASIC_LIST. Thus the results can be printed or transferred to a local word processor or a spread sheet etc.
