HIECVHI0 - HR Ireland: Update of VHI details

Description

VHI upload program (Ireland).

Requirements

VHI provide a list of the new premiums for each employee on diskette before the start of the new VHI year.

This diskette provides details of all the policies in the group including subscription amount due on each policy. The VHI Upload program creates a new VHI infotype (0386) for each employee listed on the diskette with their premium details for the new VHI year.

If the VHI does not already issue an upload diskette to the employer they can request one from the VHI. This is referred to by the VHI as the Information Exchange (Outgoing) System.

Output

The program output lists of the VHI file and VHI infotype records that will be created in the batch update session.

In addition to this, two other lists provide information on the processing of the VHI file.

1. Staff numbers not found
   this displays a list of all staff numbers that were found on the VHI upload file, for which no corresponding personnel number record was found within the program selction parameters. In order to display this, choose the navigation path
   Goto → Upload File Exception Lists → Staff numbers not found.
2. Employees not found on upload file
   this displays a list of all personnel numbers,included in the program selection parameters who are active on the renewal date of the VHI upload file, together with the employee's current VHI data if any (takenfrom the VHI details infotype record), for whom no corresponding entry was found on the VHI upload file, according to the staff number. In order to display this, choose the navigation path
   Goto → Upload File Exception Lists → Employees not found on upload file.
