Title
VHI Download Program.
Purpose
The VHI Information Exchange (Incoming) System operated by the VHI enables an employer to supply the VHI with the employee subscription details on diskette. This diskette is used later by the VHI Upload Program (HIECVHI0).
The download diskette should be produced a month before the VHI renewal date. It contains details such as works number and policy number for all the group scheme members. The information is then used by the VHI to produce the upload file which will contain policy holders works numbers.
