HIEPRD_RECALCULATION - Report HIEPRD_RECALCULATION

Purpose

This report makes PRD related correction for the following:

• Mid Period PRD

• End of Year PRD Recalculation for main employments

Integration

Prerequisites

For End of Year PRD Recalculation for main employments corrections, you must have maintained the relevant PRD 60 details in PRD Data Ireland infotype (3359) of all subsidiary employments.

Activities

1. From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Ireland -> Subsequent Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Pension Related Deductions (PRD) -> Pension-Related Deduction Recalculation.

The Pension-Related Deduction Recalculationselection screen appears.

1. Enter the period for which you want to execute this report in the Period section
2. Enter the employee selection criteria.
3. In the Processing Options section:

• Select Log Active option if you want to view teh payroll log after the changes.

• Select the Test Run option if you want the system to run this report in the test mode.

1. Select the reason for recalculation of PRD.
2. In the PRD Recalculation Limits section, select the Overpayment and Small Underpayments (single payments) option if you want to pay all the over payments and small amount of under payments in one time. You can also define the range of under payment that can be paid in single time.
3. To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.

On the output screen, the system displays the report statistics details. On this screen, you have the option to view the PRD recalculation details in the ALV format. You also can view the error log.
