HINCALTC - Check Mapping of Tax Code & Allowance Grouping

Purpose
This report displays the invalid tax code wage type mappings for a particular allowance grouping.
For any exemption tax code, only one of its wage types (which are maintained in V_T7INT9) can be mapped to a particular allowance grouping in V_T7INA9. If more than one wage type for the same tax code is configured for a particular allowance grouping, each such mapping will be displayed in the output of the report.
Resolving these erroneous configurations will ensure that the correct exemption is calculated in payroll for the respective allowances.
Integration
This report reads information from the following table views to display the invalid mappings:
- Allowance groupings from Associating pay parameters to pay scale grouping (V_T7INA3)
- Tax codes and wage types from Taxability of wage types(V_T7INT9)
- Wage types and amounts from Reimbursement allowances perks - eligibility and calculation (V_T7INA9)
Prerequisites
Features
Selection
- Select an exemption tax code and/or an allowance grouping for which invalid mappings need to be identified.
- Specify the start date since when the conflicting mappings are to be identified.
- Note: This field is mandatory and will take the system date by default.
- Click Execute.
Standard Variants
Output
The report generates the following output:
For allowance groupings to which multiple wage types of the same tax code are mapped, all such mappings are displayed along with the SAP Note number that provides a solution to the eliminate the discrepancy.
Activities
In the SAP Easy Access menu, select Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> India -> Environment -> Check Mapping of Tax Code & Allowance Grouping.
