Title

India Remuneration Statements (HINCEDT0)

Purpose

This function is used for the purpose of generating the remuneration statement or pay slip for India. The payroll results are read from 'Cluster IN' and displayed as per the company specific format. This is a non statutory report executed after the payroll is run.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have run the payroll for your employees and have payroll results.

Features

Selection

You can restrict the employees selected by entering an individual, or a range of:

• Payroll Area

• Payroll Period

• Personnel Number

• General Program Control Parameters

• Output Currency

Standard Variants

Output

The selected payroll records are displayed and can be printed as viewed on the screen.

The 'Pay slip' is designed using HR Forms which is also used to display and print the pay slip.

The form to be used is specified on the selection screen. Ideally every company would want to customize their pay-slip. Therefore SAP maintains a standard pay slip which can be copied and configured to suit the employer's specifications.
