Title

Gratuity List (HINCGRY0)

Purpose

This is a non-statutory report, run on a monthly basis for the purpose of listing the gratuity details of all employees' who contribute to a particular gratuity trust.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

After the payroll has been run for your employees, the report reads the payroll data from the payroll results and prints the employee's gratuity contribution details. This is printed without any updates to the database as it is used for the employer's reference.

Selection

You can restrict the employees selected by entering individual or a range of :

• Payroll period

• Personnel number

• Payroll Area

You must also enter the following information:

• Gratuity Trust Id, to display the employees belonging to that trust.

Standard Variants

Output

The system generates a list with the employees number, name and gratuity countribution amount.

A list of errors, if any.
