Purpose

The report enables you to manually change or delete leave encashment requests created using Employee Self-Service(ESS).

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

  • Data retrieval
The report reads the Leave Encashment Transaction table (T7INLEAVE_EN_TR) to retrieve leave encashment requests that match the selection criteria specified by you. The report displays the retrieved requests on the Update Status and Current Processor of Leave Encashment Request screen.
  • Manual update of request
When you execute the report, it dispays the Update Status and Current Processor of Leave Encashment Request screen. On this screen you can perform the following activities:
  • Change request status

If you change the status of a request, the report saves your Personnel Number as the approver of the request in Leave Encashment Transaction table(T7INLEAVE_EN_TR ). The system does not trigger workflow for those requests whose status you modified on this screen.
  • Change request approver

You can change the approver of the request. If you do so, the report sends the request for approval to the changed approver.
  • Delete a request

  • Show details of the request

  • Database update
The report updates the Leave Encashment Transaction table(T7INLEAVE_EN_TR ).

Selection

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the Update Status and Current Processor of Leave Encashment Request screen. This output screen lists the various leave requests as per your selections. For a leave request, the list displays data related to the employee's company, compensation method, approver, and payment mode.

On this screen, you can change the following data related to a leave request:.

  • Save Status/approver
Choose this option to change the status or the approver of the request.
  • Show Details
Choose this option to show details of the request.
  • Delete Record
Choose this option to delete the request.

Activities

  1. To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Human Resources -> Payroll-> Asia/Pacific-> India -> Utilities -> Leave Encashment -> Update Status and Current Processor of Leave Encashment Request.
  2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
  3. Choose Program -> Execute.
