HJPUCP_APRCAL - Total Premium Calculation

Purpose

This report calculates the total premium amount that is contributed to the social insurance (SI) applied office. You can execute the report for only a specific corporate pension plan in a selected calendar month.

You can use the result as a reference to check the amount that is calculated by the external institutions that manage the retirement benefit resources. This report is applicable to all types of corporate pension plans.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have assigned the appropriate SI modifier to the corporate pension plan in the Define Plan Implementing OfficesIMG activity.

• You have defined the rounding rules in the Define Rounding Rules IMG activity.

• If you select the Multiply by Premium Rate field on the Calculation Method tab, you must have completed setting in the Define Premium Calculation Formula IMG activity for a specific contribution calculation group.

Features

Selection

If a plan has sub-plans and you select the Multiply by Premium Rate indicator, you must choose one of the following rounding rules:

• Round for Each Sub-plan

The system rounds the total premium for each sub-plan and then sums up the rounded premiums

• Round for Plan

The system sums up the total premiums of each sub-plan and then applies the rounding rule

Note:

When you select the Multiply by Premium Rate indicator, the system switches to the other calculation method, which is Add up Each Participant Premium, if one of the following situations exists:

• The calculation parameter has no basis payment parameter assigned to it

• Any calculation parameter in the calculation formula differs by employee

Standard Variants

Output

• On the overview screen, the report displays the total amount for all the specified plans in the specific SI modifier. The result is categorized by each plan.

• On the details screen of each plan, the total premium amount is shown for each employee during the selection period.

Activities

To execute this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose the following path:

Human Resources → Personnel Management → Administration → Info System → Reports → Administration Japan ¡→ Retirement Benefit System → Corporate Pension Plan → Administration Reports → Monthly Total Premium Calculation
