HJPUCP_DTFTM - Data File Creation Report for Corporate Pension Plans

Purpose

In corporate pension plans, one or more external institutions are responsible for benefit resources management. You need to inform the external institutions of any change in participant status, premium amount and so on.

You use this report to create data files for periodical data communication with external institutions. This report is applicable for all types of corporate pension plans.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have created record for employee in the following infotypes:

• Pre-paid & DC Plan Management JP infotype (0888)

• DB & EPF Plan Data Management JP infotype (0889)

You have completed the following IMG activities according to external institution's data file specification:

• Define Form Categories

• Define Data File Specifications

• Define File Structures & Data Specifications

You have entered the contract information between corporate pension plans and the external institutions in the Customizing activity Input Contract Information.

Features

• In the Customizing activity Define File Structures & Data Specification, If you enter a maximum number for the service record, to keep maximum records in each file, the system divide the generated file into multiple files automatically.

• If the standard solution cannot meet your requirements, you can use the BAdI: Define Employee Selection and Data Retrieval Methods to modify the process of how the system selects target employees and retrieves data.

• By selecting the Test Run indicator, the report does not generate a data file.

Selection

To generate a data file, you need make selection based on the combination of the following information:

• One plan

• One external institution

• One form category

You can select multiple social insurance (SI) modifiers. In this case, the Divide File by Modifier indicator enables you create one data file for each SI modifier.

Note:

If you do not specify any SI modifier, the report neglects selection of the Divide File by Modifier indicator, and only generates one data file for all modifiers.

To get the generated data files, the following options are available to you:

• Save the data file under the specified path on an appliation server

• Save the data file under the specified path in your local PC

• Create the data file as a temporary sequential (TemSe) file, and download it by executing the Download HR TemSe Object report (RPUTSVJ0)

Standard Variants

Output

On the overview screen, the results are grouped by SI modifiers. Under each SI modifier, records are categorized by different record types. The TemSe file name is displayed as well.

The Message Log screen lists information of each selected employee during retrieving the required data to generate a data file. Icons with different colors indicate different message types.

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources → Personnel Management → Administration → Info System → Reports → Administration Japan → Retirement Benefit System → Corporate Pension Plan → Data File Submission to External Institution → Data File Creation
