Purpose
You use this report to check the participant status of selected employees in a specific corporate pension plan as of a specific date. This report is applicable to all the corporate pension plan types, including:
- Corporate-type Defined Contribution (DC) Plan
- Personal-type Defined Contribution (DC) Plan
- Contract-type Defined Benefits (DB) Plan
- Fund-type Defined Benefits (DB) Plan
- Employees' Pension Fund (EPF) Plan (additional part)
Integration
Prerequisites
You have assigned the social insurance (SI) modifier to appropriate corporate pension plans in the Define Plan Implementing Offices IMG activity.
Features
Selection
The report checks the participant status for one corporate pension plan each time that you execute the report.
Standard Variants
Output
For different corporate pension plan types, the system displays different information on the output screen. This information is grouped by SI modifier. If the corporate pension plan has a sub-plan, the system also groups the check results by sub-plans.
The following fields are specific to DB and EPF plans:
- Date of Participation
- Date of Withdrawal
The following fields are only specific to DC plans:
- Date of Participation (as a participant)
- Date of Withdrawal (as a participant)
- Date of Becoming Investment Director
- Date of Withdrawal (from a plan)
Activities
To execute this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose the following path:
Human Resources → Personnel Management → Administration → Info System → Reports → Administration Japan ¡→ Retirement Benefit System → Corporate Pension Plan → Administration Reports → Participant Status Monitor
