HKRCUPNP - Annual Notification for Social Insurance

Purpose

You use this report to annually notify South Korean social insurance agencies of an employee's total compensation amount via a DME file. The related social insurances are as follows:

• Health Insurance

• National Pension

• Employment Insurance

• Workers' Compensation Insurance

Activities

To run the report, you:

1. Specify the employees' selection range
2. Choose an insurance type in the section Information types, you need to click the type button that you want to display.
3. Specify the additional information:

• The year that you want to submit the report to the social insurance agencies

• Local work place (only applicable to health insurance)

1. Choose the print option:

• List Print

• DME File

1. Execute the report

Prerequisites

The DME file must match the following layout:

1. DME file for reporting total compensation amount from company to the health insurance agency

• Agency number - X(4)

• Serial number - X(6)

• Work place - X(6)

• Local work place - X(4)

• Card number - X(8)

• Name - X(14)

• Resident number - X(13)

• Acquisition date - X(8)

• Paid premium for previous year - 9(15)

• Actual paid premium for previous year - 9(15)

• Total compensation amount for previous year - 9(15)

• Service period in month for previous - 9(2)

1. DME file for reporting total compensation amount from company to the national pension agency

• Serial number - X(5)

• Work place page - X(3)

• Resident number - X(14)

• Service period in month - 9(2)

• Total compensation amount for previous year - 9(9)
