Purpose

You use this report to generate the receipt, which lists the income items for tax exemption and deductions. You can generate the receipt with tax deduction and credit to view and check the year-end adjustment (YEA) calculation results. You can also generate this receipt without tax deduction and credit to view and check YEA-related master data.

Integration

Prerequisites

To print the receipt with deduction and tax credit information, you must make sure you have run the YEA off-cycle payroll or the employee has payments from following payrolls to get simulation YEA result in tax year:

  • Regular payroll
  • Periodic bonus (0002) or Non-periodic bonus (0003)
  • Leave compensation (0004)

Features

Selection

The format of the form differs for different tax years. You must specify the Tax Year, then the system displays the applicable form name in the Form Name field.

In the Output Option group box, specify whether to generate the receipt with or without tax deduction and credit.

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Korea -> Subs.activities -> Annual -> Reporting -> Year-end tax adjustment -> Generating Receipt Exempted and Deducted Income(PC00_M41_YEA_DED).
