HKRLSILOS - List for National Pension Eligibility Acquired and Lost

Description

This report lets you display and print the detailed employee list for the eligibility acquired and lost for national pension.

Prerequisites

Before running the report, you must ensure that you have entered the relevant insurance data for each employee in the Social Insurance infotype (0543) and the Social Insurance Premium infotype (0544).

Activities

To run the List for National Pension Eligibility Acquired and Lost report, you:

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria: personnel number, personnel area and personnel subarea.

1. Specify the selection period by your requirement.

1. Choose the list of either eligibility acquired or eligibility lost.

1. Choose Form print, List print or DME file for your own printing purpose.

If you choose Form print, you can use the form supplied by SAP or use your own form.

1. Execute the report. The List for National Pension Eligibility Acquired and Lost appears.
