Purpose
You use this report to archive the terminated employees’ sensitive master data. It enables you to save these data into separate tables.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have configured Privacy Data Archiving Administration (PIPA)(T7KRDA) table.
- You have created one or several tables to store the sensitive master data.
Features
Based on the configuration in table T7KRDA, the system archives the relevant infotype records into the separate tables.
Selection
Run Date- Specify the period in which an employee’s leaving date falls.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the results in an SAP List Viewer (ALV). The list includes the following information:
- Employees already Archived
- Personnel Number
- Full Name
- Organization Unit
- End Date (Termination Date)
- Employees to be Archived
- Personnel Number
- Full Name
- Organization Unit
- End Date (Termination Date)
- Selection Result
For employees to be archived, you can select one or more employees to archive. After the archiving process, you will see an ALV list showing the result. Also, there will be error messages if something goes wrong in the archiving process.
Activities
To access this report on SAP Easy AccessScreen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Korea -> Tools -> Archiving of Personal Information Privacy (Korea).
