HKWKWTRP - Kuwaitization Report

Purpose

You use this report to measure the employment percentage of Kuwaiti nationals in specified professions in the organization.

Kuwaitizationrefers to the national policy in Kuwait to encourage employment of Kuwaiti nationals in the private sector. The Kuwaiti government has enacted policies to promote Kuwaitization.

Prerequisites

• You have specified the profession codes and expected percentage of Kuwaiti employees in a specific profession within an organization in Customizing for Payroll Kuwait under Kuwaitization-> Define Profession Codes, and Percentages for Employment of Nationals.

• You have maintained the Profession for Kuwaitization field in the Personal Data (0002) infotype for all employees.

Output

For each profession code, this report provides the following information on the output screen:

• Number and percentages of employees per job, and split between nationals and non-nationals

• The expected percentage of Kuwaiti nationals in a certain profession, for example 75%

• For nationals and non-nationals, the system reads the Profession for legal reporting field to obtain profession against which the percentage of Kuwaiti nationals employed is measured (per profession).

• The number of employee's by which there is a shortfall in the number of required Kuwaiti employees in the organization

• The total number of employees and actual percentage that can be compared to expected percentage

• Details of the errors during processing in the Error Messages section.
