HKWPATR0 - Personnel Actions Tracker

Purpose
In Kuwait, companies hire a lot of expatriate employees. This results in frequent personnel turnover. To know the impact of such turnover on a company, managers needs to get the up-to-dated overview information about employee leaving.
You use this report to check the history of personnel actions that were taken by employees in a specified period, for example, the action history of a specific group of employees, or that of a specific action or action reasons. This report enables you to acquire the statistical information regarding the employees who left the company, for example with a special leaving reason, or from a specific position.

Selection
On the selection screen, the Reporting Period field is mandatory; other fields are optional. You can use them to compose your selection criteria.
Standard Variants
Output
The result screen is divided in two areas: Action Type/Reason and details. In the Action Type/Reason area, the selected employees are grouped in personnel actions, and then under various action reasons. By default, data of all the selected employees is displayed in the details area in the format of ABAP List Viewer (ALV). You can select a specific action, or action reason to display the following information of the employees in the details area:
- Personal data: Employee name, nationality and so on
- Personnel data: Organizational unit, hiring date, position and so on
- Payroll data: An employee's salary (amount of basic pay) in the specified period
You can export the data to a local file or spreadsheet for further analysis.
