HKWPIFSS - Report HKWPIFSS

Purpose

This report genrates the forms relevant for adding periods to be considered as pensionable service for an employee. You can submit these forms to the to the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) authorities for further processing.

Integration

Prerequisites

You must have maintained records in Add. Pensionable Service Years (KW)(3362) infotype.

Features

Selection

• Period - Select Allto execute this report for all periods.

• Selection - Specify the selection criteria such as Personnel Number, Company Code, and so on. Note that Company Code is a mandatory field.

• Form Selection - Select the forms that you want the report to generate.

• Buy Nominal Periods - Select this checkbox if you want the report to generate the relevant PDF forms for buy nominal periods for pensionable service, based on the data maintained in Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype.

• Add Previous Employment- Select this checkbox if you want the report to generate the relevant PDF forms to add previous employment for pensionable service, based on the data maintained in Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype.

• Inactive Periods - Select this checkbox if you want the report to generate the relevant PDF forms to add periods in which the employee was inactive to pensionable service, based on the data maintained in Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype.

• Status- Choose the status in which you want to execute the report. If you do not select any of the checkboxes in this section, the system executes the report in Updatemode. In this case, the system processes only those records which have status, Approved, in Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype and updates them to the status, Submitted, accordingly.

• Test Run - If you select this checkbox, the system executes this report in Testmode. In this case, the system considers only those records which have status, In Process, in the Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype.
  Note that, in this case, the system does not generate PDF forms for Payment Methods.

• Print Sumbitted Records - If you select this checkbox, the report displays the details of the records which have the status Submittedin Add. Pensionable Service(3362) infotype.

• PDF Form Name - Specify the name of the relevant forms that you want the system to generate for adding pensionable service periods. If you execute the report in Updateor Submittedmode, you must also specify the PDF form that the system must generate which contains information about the payment that the employee must make to the employer for adding pensionable service periods in the Payment Methods field.

Standard Variants

Output

This report generates the relevant PDF forms for adding pensionable periods for specified employees. It also displays the summary of records that were processed for employees.

Activities

1. On SAP Easy Accessmenu, choose Human Resource -> Payroll -> Payroll Kuwait -> Information Systems -> PIFSS Forms-> PIFSS Forms

The PIFSS Forms selection screen appears.

2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.,,

3. Select Program-> Execute.

The PIFSS Forms report's output screen appears.
