HKWPLRA0 - Advice Letter of Delayed Return from Vacation

Purpose
In Kuwait, if an employee does not return from vacation as planned for more than seven days, the employer can end the labor contract accordingly. In addition, the employer must issue a statement to the employee, and send a copy to the relevant authority.
If the unexpected absence is less than seven days, the direct manager of the employee also generates the statement as a letter of advice. With approval from the head of department and from HR department, the HR power user can register the extra absent days as leaves in the system.
This report enables you to check the registered leave records for employees who are back to work later than the planned return date. After you fill in the actual return date and the reason for late return, you can generate the statement in PDF format for further process.

Selection
You can select the relevant employees by specifying their personnel numbers, or enter the company code for a generic check. To lower the number of records for checking, you can narrow the applicable period. The report then reads records of the selected employees from the Absences (2001) infotype within the reporting period, and displays them on the result screen.
Standard Variants
Output
For each record displayed on the result screen, you can enter their actual return dates, and the reason for the delayed return.
Note:- To print a statement in PDF format, you have to select only one record every time.
