Purpose
PIFSS Form 103 - Statement of Status Change
Integration
You can use this report to generate the form 103 required by the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS). This form is required when the status of an insured person is changed, for example:
- When the person registers with PIFSS
- When the person joins a company
- When the person retires
On the selection screen, you specify the scenario that the form is used for. And you use the organizational or personnel parameters to identify the relevant employee.
Once you confirm the data on the result screen, you can then select the employee's record and print the form in PDF format.
Note:You can print the form for only one employee every time.
The latest financial reward received by an employee is reported as:
- Before 2014
- After 2014, and
- No Financial reward.
This financial reward received by an employee is read from their Master Data (Basic Pay (0008), Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014), Additional Payments (0015), Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) and Employee Remuneration Info (2010) Infotype) and not from Payroll Data..
