Purpose

This report is used to carry out IMSS notifications and warnings to:

  • Registrations
  • Wage modifications
  • Leaving notifications

Integration

  • The calculation of the Daily Integrated Wage (SDI) and the update of the notification dates in infotype Integrated Daily Wage (0372) can be integrated in a process model. The SAP standard system offers for this the process model Integrated Daily Wage (SAPMXSDI).
The Mexican payroll program (HMXCALC0) calculates the modifications in the Integrated Daily Wage (SDI) and, through this process model, transfers to program HMXCAFL0 the information on the records in infotype 0372 that have to be notified to IMSS. You can display the process model or create your own in Customizing activity Create process models.
  • Program HMXCAFL0 only takes into account the records of infotype Integrated Daily Wage (0372) that have not yet been officially notified. This information is stored in fields Notification date and DNot. Entry New ER Reg.. If these fields are initial, it means that no official notification exists as yet.
  • The program Delete notification of infotype Integrated daily salary (0372) (HMXCDNT0) allows you to delete the notification date in the infotype for a group of employees. Then, you can generate an official notification using report HMXCAFL0.

Selection

Apart from the SAP standard selection criteria, the report selection screen contains the following tabs that allow you to specify the additional selection criteria:

  • Employer registration
  • Formats: They allow the specification of the notification type that has to be carried out and the format type to be generated.
  • Report format:

- Preliminary
- Official
The report output is the same if you select Preliminary or Official, but only of you select Officialthe program does update the notification date in infotype 0372.
Besides that, if you want to generate only the SUA magnetic format, you have to select Preliminary.
  • Sort SUA files:

- By personnel number
- Alphabetically
  • Magnetic reports and formats: Choose whether to report registrations, modifications or leaves, and then, choose one or more of the following output formats:

- SAPScript
- Magnetic EDI: This option is not valid for those employees that get affiliated for the first time to the Institute. The program generates a file per notification type and employer registration.
- Magnetic IMSS-AFIL: IMSS-authorized format, with additional printed report of the data stored in the device.
- Magnetic SUA: Format authorized by the National System for Self-administration of SI contributions (SUA). The program generates a file per notification type and employer registration.

  • Print forms

Standard Variants

In the output screen, the program displays the run log and the file list that are available. You can display and save them to your computer.
