Description

This report creates the monthly payroll results summary using the existing payroll results.

The monthly payroll results summary consists of four individual forms:

• Page header

A page header is added to the start of each printed page.

• Horizontal sections

Horizontal sections are printed on the 'detailed pages' to display the individual payroll results.

• Continuation excerpts

If, when editing a horizontal section, a page break occurs, this form is printed on the new page before the rest of the horizontal section is edited.

• Totals display

A totals display is printed once on the totals pages after editing the header page. As a result, this form adopts a similar approach with totals pages as horizontal sections with detailed pages.

The monthly summary of payroll results can be created freely.

To run the report, you must answer three questions in the selection screen:

• For which special run or range do you wish to launch the evaluation?
  For this, complete the "Special run" or "Range determination" fields.

• For which employees do you wish to launch the evaluation?
  For this, indicate them in the other fields of the standard selection screen (e.g. "personnel number")

• What structure should the evaluation result have?
  For this, the respective report parameters must be specified.
  Remember that all four forms must be defined, regardless of the settings of the report.

Output

Depending on the parameters set in the selection screen, you can create and edit totals using the horizontal sections edited individually.

Note:

It is not possible to use the output list as a reconciliation basis with FI/CO data.
