HMXTISS0 - List of personnel absences and incapacities

Purpose

You can use this report to generate a detailed list of incapacities or absences that have occurred according to the selected criteria and within the period that you specify.

Integration

This report reads data from the Absences infotype (2001). You do not need to run the payroll for the selected employees before running the report.

Prerequisites

• You have entered the incapacity type keys to be reported using the Implementation Guide (IMG) in the section Time management -> Time data entry and management -> Absences -> Absence catalog -> Define absence types

• You have identified which subtypes of the Absences infotype (2001) are incapacities recognized by the IMSS and which are absences recognized by the IMSS, using the Implementation Guide (IMG), section Mexico Payroll -> Absences -> Additional information for absences

• You have created the IMSS data infotype (0369) for those employees for whom you wish to run the report.

Features

Selection

In addition to the standard selection options, you can specify how the report selects the absences and incapacities on the selection screen:

• By validity date: If you mark this checkbox, the report selects all the absences and incapacities for which the startdate falls within the period shown on the selection screen. Said start date is the BEGDA field of the infotype Absences(2001).

• By retrieval date: If you mark this checkbox, the report selects all the absences and incapacities for which the changedate falls within the period shown on the selection screen. Said change date is the AEDTM field of the infotype Absences(2001). In other words, if you mark this option, you include the retroactive movements in the report output.

If you mark both boxes, the report selects the absences and incapacities for which the start or changedates are within the selected period. Every record appears only once on the report output, even if it is selected according to both criteria.

Standard Variants

Output

The detailed list generated by this report contains the details of absences and incapacities by Employer Registration Number, and, within this, by Employee Area/Sub Area. A button on the screen allows you to display either the list of absences or the list of incapacities.

Within the absences list, the following columns are displayed, among others:

• Days to be notified: this number of days is used to calculate employee absences for periods of less than eight consecutive or non-consecutive days during the month (Article 31, Item I of the Social Insurance Act). The number of days may be different from the number in the column Attendance/Absence days if it is greater than the limit set by constant SDSPC in table T511K. The TemSe file only stores the amount contained in this column.

• Attendance/Absence days: It specifies the total number of absence days over the selected period.

The absences and incapacities recognized by the IMSS are reported with the total number of days recorded on this report. In other words, no division is made for the change of month. For example, if an employee has an incapacity from 15.01.2008 to 15.02.2008, this incapacity will be reported only if the start date falls within the dates selected on screen. This does not affect the application of the monthly limit for days of absence to be reported to the IMSS (SDSPC constant on the table T511K). Therefore, the report output shows the calendar days of absence and the days to be reported to the IMSS. In the case of incapacities, the calendar days of incapacity are shown, since there is no monthly limit on the days to be reported to the IMSS for incapacity.

The incapacities list displays, among others, the following column:

• Calendar days: This number of days is used to obtain the number of total incapacity days that occurred during the selected period.

An incapacity is only listed if the start date is within the date range selected in the report selection screen. The incapacity end date can be after the selected interval.

Possible outputs are:

• Standard SAP list.

• Magnetic storage device according to the format authorized by IMSS.
