HNZLSUM0 - HR-NZ: Employee Payroll Summary Report

Purpose
This report generates the total payment summary of the employees for the selected payroll area(s) and for the pay period selected. This report also displays the off-cycle payment details and the year to date values for the selected payroll area(s). Here, payment summary is a statement of earnings and tax, issued to all employees for the selected payroll area(s).

Selection
Payroll Area - Select the payroll area for which you want to execute this report
Payroll Period - Select the payroll period for which you want to generate the payment summary for a specified payroll area.
Selection
Personnel Number- Enter the personnel number of the employee for whom you want to execute this report.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the payment and deduction details of the employees for each payroll area for the selected pay period. This report also displays the off-cycle payment details and the year to date details on the ALV. In case of a missed payment off-cycle payroll, this report displays the off-cycle payments of the previous periods under off-cycle payments, on the ALV.
This report displays the following details on the ALV:
- Earnings and allowances
- Retro/Claim from previous
- Deductions
- Payroll Area Total
- Year to date amount
- Off-cycle details
Activities
- From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources --> Payroll --> Asia/Pacific --> New Zealand--> Subsequent activities --> Per payroll period-> Lists/statistics --> Payroll Reports--> HR-NZ: Employee Payroll Summary Report.
- The HR-NZ: Employee Payroll Summary Report (HNZLSUM0) screen appears.
- Enter the relevant details.
- Choose Program -> Execute.
