Title

NZ Leave Rates Report (HNZULVR0)

Purpose

This report displays the various rates that are used for calculating annual leave and BAPS leave payments. It also displays the underlying values that have been used to calculate those rates.

You can run this report to determine a leave rate for an absence that might have been paid in the specified pay period.

Note:

You must use this report with caution if you want to use it to check how an absence will be paid in the current payroll period. In case payroll for the current period has not yet been executed and the employee is due to have a retrospective payroll run, then this can potentially impact the values in NZHPI which will alter the rates displayed.

It is therefore recommended to use this report to query absences that have already been paid rather than those that are about to be paid.

Integration

The report reads the Holiday Payment Information - NZ (NZHPI) cluster table for the gross salary and the hours/days of work for the employee. The valuation base is read from the Results Table(RT).

Prerequisites

The NZHPI table must exist for the period prior to the one being queried.
