HOMCTRTL0 - Employee Contract letter

Purpose

This report generates the contract letter or the employment agreement of an organization with a specified employee. This letter contains information such as the employee's position in the organization, commencement date and term of employment, remuneration details and so on.

Prerequisites

Maintain the full name of the employee in Personnel Data (0002) infotype.

Maintain passport details of the employee in Personal IDs (0185) infotype.

Features

Selection

• Specify the Reporting Period for which you want to execute this report.

• Specify the selection criteria such as Personnel Numbers, Company Code and so on.

• Select the Evaluate Excluded Employees checkbox if you want the report to process the contract letter details for employees excluded from legal reporting.

• Select the Direct Printcheckbox if you want the report to print the letter directly without displaying details on the ALV output screen.

• In the PDFoptions section,

• Select the English Version option button if you want the system to print the contract letter in English. In this case, by default the report uses the form, HR_OM_HOMCTRTL0_EN. You can use a form of your choice.

• Select the Arabic Version option button if you want the system to print the contract letter in Arabic. In this case, by default the report uses the form, HR_OM_HOMCTRTL0_AR. You can use a form of your choice.
